Channelling the power of his Rinnegan's Outer Path through his Transcendent Branch, Osamu produces two ghastly, black arms from his body. Each arm possesses a unique Juinjutsu comprised of a cicle surrounded by a multitude of miniture circles while possessing an eight-pointed star in the center. After ten minutes of use, the arms disappate before undergoing a periodic cooldown time. Like all other Rikudō Arts, the user is immune to its effects.
