As Tall As Lions is the second full length album by Indie Rock band, As Tall As Lions. It was released on August 8th, 2006 on Triple Crown Records. Nigro has admitted that there were arguments during the creative period of the record, and had to go on hiatus from the band to "get away from it all". The hiatus gave Nigro the inspiration he and teh rest of the band needed. The album got great reviews from Alternative Press, Stereogum, Boston Phoenix, AbsolutePunk, and PopMatters. The band spent seven months writing the album and two months recording it with producers Mike Watts and Steve Hagler.
