Chelsea Cole is the murder victim in Stargazer in a Puddle. She loved the stars, and could have been termed an amateur astrologist, because her nightly paintings were scientifically accurate. A young woman of 22, she had Winters Syndrome, an aging disease which affected both physical and cognitive development.
