On February 9, 2007, scant days after the creation of the cantina, Admiral Mappalazarou unleashed the most daring plan his mind could come up: scientific experiments wherein the Moderators would make babies. Though his plan could have backfired horrendously, he pressed on until the experiment was, ultimately, put on hold.
