Miller was an CIA field operative with the London station during Day 9. Miller took part in the 11:00am raid on the Chatham and Dominion factory where Jack Bauer was discovered to be hiding. After spotting Bauer fleeing down a set of stairs, Miller pursued. As he was descending, Bauer ran up the lower flight and yanked Miller over the railing, beating him and knocking him unconscious. The camera on Miller's handgun recorded a clear image of Bauer's face before Jack took the gun for himself and made for the exit. ("Day 9: 11:00am-12:00pm")
