Milky Joe is is the product of Howard's feverish imagination when cast away on a desert island. He was created from a coconut shell with a face drawn on it and a torso and limbs made of bamboo, and is dressed in a blue striped tea towel. He speaks with a French accent and is an intellectual individual, but ultimately Howard grows tired of his boring lectures - Joe gets revenge by smearing Vince and Howard during their trial. Appears in The Nightmare of Milky Joe.
