Rocky Ratburn was a flavor of ice cream the class made in "My Dad, the Garbage Man." Buster was the group leader, and because of him, it included a whole pizza, a bunch of unpeeled bananas, and several other unknown ingredients. Mr. Ratburn called the flavor "unusual", and refused to have more. Buster ate the rest.
