Elance "Lance" Frazier (born May 23, 1981 in Boynton Beach, Florida) is an American Canadian football safety who is currently a Free agent, as well as a Wide Receiver / Defensive Back for the Philadelphia Soul of the Arena Football League (AFL). He played college football at West Virginia University. In his career, Frazier has played for the Baltimore Ravens, Dallas Cowboys, and the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL). As well as the Tampa Bay Storm, New Orleans VooDoo of the Arena Football League (AFL).
