Level 98 Crafting is required to make one, and grants 200 experience. When used with a ball of wool, it becomes a zenyte amulet, giving an additional 4 experience. After it is enchanted via the Lvl-7 Enchant spell, it becomes an Amulet of torture, which requires level 93 Magic and yields 110 experience. The item has no purposes unless strung. However, when strung into an Amulet of torture it is considered the best neck slot melee item in the game.
