The Ashen Man timeline is identical to ours. Until 1962, when the Cuban Missile Crisis goes nuclear. Many nations, faiths, languages and peoples have risen since then, and here I record the history from 1962, till the "modern" day. Ashen Man is not particularly realistic, though it does operate within the bounds of 60's tech and our physical laws, so... You get the idea.
