The Eternal Dragon's Favor was an ise zumi feat of those Tattooed Monks who were granted the blessings of Togashi, the Eternal Dragon. The Dragon Kami only acted upon that knowledge when there was no other choice, as such action inevitably shaped the destiny of all those around him. It was known this favor was bestowed upon Togashi Matsuo.
