Popular American Animated Comedy TV Show set in the city of Danville in the Tri-State Area during World War II. Recounting the misadventures of the young voluntary defence force (or 'Junior Home Guard') consisting of children too young ot 'unfit' for military service. They are based in the O.W.C.A. Headquarters, where there is much friction between Phineas, like the technical Vicar Monogram, his creeping Verger named Carl, and ARP Warden Candace (the grocer), Phineas's grumpy sister, who continously calls Phineas 'Trokut' (Which is Croatian for 'Triangle') and strongly dislikes him.
