Eladro City was the biggest settlement on Basteel. It was subterranean and constructed out of tunnels that had been carved over the centuries. The entrance to the city was located in a narrow canyon on the surface of Basteel. The main landing pad was surrounded by intricate carvings that resembled a cathedral. The tunnels near the entrance to the city were full of kiosks made from shipping containers. It had had a large bazaar that was home to many shops and stores.
