In an alternate timeline in which John Frederick Paxton destroyed Starfleet Command and ended the talks for the Coalition of Planets in 2155, Vleb was a Denobulan male who served as ambassador to the Interstellar Coalition, and attended the conference on Babel in 2264 to consider United Earth's petition for membership. He was also the great-grandson of Doctor Phlox, and related one of the doctor's less-than-complimentary stories about Captain Jonathan Archer to Ambassador Nancy Hedford during this conference.
