B.L.I.M.P. (Big Loosening Icy Mean P.A.R.K.E.R.) is what you get when a Frozen Bloon touches the P.A.R.K.E.R.. The body and the arrow turn dark blue and the baseball turns cyan. It turns back into a P.A.R.K.E.R. when popped. It is immune to anything frozen bloons are immune to, and also everything the normal P.A.R.K.E.R. is immune to. It moves 2 times slower than P.A.R.K.E.R..
