The Thirteen Factories (十三工房, juusan koubou) is a division of Ouroboros led by Doctor F. Novartis. It consists of a network of Factories, also known as workshops, specialised in the research and development of radical orbment technologies. Although details are sparse, in Zero no Kiseki, Joshua Bright reveals that the network has consisted of twelve Factories "since antiquity" and that the thirteenth, the Doll Studio, has been added only recently.
