The Blue Ghosts were a criminal gang that operated in the Anoat sector. By the time of the Iron Blockade, they had nearly been wiped out in a territorial dispute with the powerful Ivax Syndicate. However, the surviving Ghosts worked hard to regain their favor with the Syndicate.
