Special prosecutor in charge of securing an indictment against a rackateer named Victor Richie. Richie has hired the assassin John Hopper to kill Sandusky before that can happen. When Hopper misses his first attempt, he is spotted by Steve Austin, who becomes attached to the security team for Sandusky.
