Mix yeast with 1 teaspoon Sugar, leave it in a warm spot to rise. Heat milk to 300 degrees Celsius. Stir into the war milk half of the flour, add salt, leavened yeast, beat dough well, sprinkle with flour and cover trough (or bowl) with clean cloth, and place in a warm spot. Add remaining flour and cream or melted lard to the risen dough. Knead the dough well so that it rebounds from the edges, hands or stirrer. Sprinkle dough with flour, cover, leave to rise. After the dough has risen, press it down and let it rise again. Make medium sized round dough patties. Smooth their surface with a wet hand or smear with melted butter or a beaten egg. Place the patties on a greased pan or bread peel sprinkled with flour, place in heated oven and bake. The same type of patties are made with barely-me
