The Hellcat Waistguard is a legendary belt in Diablo III. It requires character level 13 to drop. Prior to patch 2.2.0, t was unique in that it provided a damage bonus against elites, as well as guaranteed Attack Speed. As of patch 2.4.3, it gained a unique affix. Grenades gain a chance to bounce, dealing an additional 50% damage on each bounce, stacking directly, and increased to 800% extra damage on the final bounce. The following skills are affected by this power, as well as Grenade itself: The Vengeance: Personal Mortar Rune is not affected.
