Operation Frozen Fortress was an operation planned and executed on November 11th, 1952 by Echo Team's second-in-command Lieutenant Nathan Hale. The operation had no casualties of the known Sentinel participants. The leader Hale or Sergeant Benjamin Warner who aided in the operation both survived.
