Risky is somewhat like a combination of Vulnerable and Backfire. It has a chance to activate similar to Backfire and Wild (About 20 percent of the time), and when it does, you will be set Vulnerable, and subject to all of the penalties that entails. But only about once out of every five times. Your attack you use will continue unaffected, so you do not lose a turn like Backfire, but when it does trigger, after your attack, you will be unable to dodge the next attack aimed at you.
