Ian first mentioned his familiarity with RuneScape in his Top 10 Guilty Pleasure Games video, where he ranked it pretty high on the list. He stated that he used to play regularly during RuneScape Classic, but then stopped playing around 2004. He continued to play off and on until he started to play regularly again, and streaming it, in early 2016. Additionally, he briefly mentions RuneScape in his video of Sociolotron, and did an entire video on RuneScape Classic for his 50th episode.
