Saint Elmo - Hikari no Raihôsha(セントエルモ・光の来訪者Saint Elmo - Apostle of Light) is a 64-minute television special that though credited to Leiji Matsumoto, it was originally created to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Kansai Electric Company who sponsored and produced the film. It was first shown on television in 1987 and afterward was released on VHS.
