This gangster from Nigerian is seeing several times in District 9. He´s one of the members who sells cat food to aliens. And later he´seeing next to Obsanjo, asking him to order the gang to capture Wikus, when the alien ship is shooted down. During the firefight with MNU soldiers, he´s about to capture Wikus but gets shooted on his back.
