The NDM1 is based on the Talman shape. It features a basswood body mated to a custom maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fretboard with dot inlays. Components include Ibanez Infinity pickups in an HSH configuration and a standard hard-tail bridge. The guitar's most distinctive feature is the wrapped duct tape finish which is unique for each guitar. The NDM1 was discontinued after 2005. In 2006, a completely new Noodles signature model was introduced as the NDM2.
