Penny Martin, was the lead popular girl at school alongside her best friend Wendi Charles, together they dominated Grace Houston's school as well as bullied Grace, Autumn Sullivan and anyone else they deemed to be social outcasts. Penny was also the sister of Jarvis Martin and the daughter of Vice Admiral Martin, whatever Penny said or did went in Grace's school.
