Bing was one of Vam Mi's servants and a small vampire. He appears in Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation. He and Chi Chu were very good fighters and had no problem defeating the Turtles on several occasions. His braided hair could be used as kind of a whip, and he did use it against the Turtles. Bing seemed more afraid of Vam Mi's power then Chi Chu. He was caught by Bonesteel when he spied on the hunter, but Bonesteel let him go.
