It depends on the wiki software you are using. For MediaWiki, you can pass action=history plus one of feed=rss or feed=atom to index.php to get the feed for the history of the page. Note that the location of index.php may vary between wikis. For example, on Wikipedia, you can use http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Some_example_page&action=history&feed=rss to get the feed for that page.
