Clare House is a 15 storey tower block on Barle Grove in Chelmsley Wood, Solihull. The block was approved for construction as part of the Tamar Drive plans of the Chelmsley Wood estate in 1967. It was completed in 1969 by Bryant using the Bison construction method. It contains 60 flats and stands next to Pembroke House.
