The grocery worker was a supermarket employee at a supermarket in Los Angeles, California. While unpacking and shelving a load of sport drinks, the worker was approached by Kate Austen, who asked him where the juice boxes were located. The worker directed Kate to isle five, and returned to his duties. However, following this, Kate began to notice that her adopted son, Aaron, had gone missing.
