Tiven Cohr was a male Bajoran and a member of the Halpas resistance cell of the Bajoran Resistance. Tiven was regarded as being the best warp drive engineer on Bajor during the Cardassian Occupation. In 2346, Ornathia Lac approached Lenaris Holem, who had also been in the Halpas cell, to seek Lenaris' help in finding Tiven. Ornathia was seeking Tiven for help with a warp-capable ship the Ornathia resistance cell was trying to repair.
