Delvar, officially the Commonwealth of Delvar, is a province in Rutania, located in the southern part of the country. It is bordered to the north by Khodor and to the west by the Verranderlijke Ocean. It also shares an international border with Ikradon, Luthori and Negunia. Delvar is known for being the center of the country's logging and alcoholic beverage industry.
