The Parallax Nexus Authority was an organization established by the Parallax Empire to oversee transit through the Multiverse Nexus near Nocturn. They issued travel permits required for transit through the Nexus. Type I permits were issued to unarmed craft, and Type II permits to armed military craft. With the defeat of the Nall during the Birthright War and the subsequent blockade of Nocturn by the Orion Arm Treaty Organization the PNA is defunct, and it is unlikely their permits would continue to be honored.
