Reverend Rawlings lived and worked in Haven. On December 25th, 1953, Rawlings oversaw the marriage of Joseph Capelli and Susan Farley, an event that was almost ruined by two Chameleons that tried to attack, which left Rev. Rawlings shaken but able to continue.
