Jeremy Plenda was a Human male in the late 24th century. In 2375, he operated a transporter for QuikPort Transporter Service, Inc. in a backwater city, which was used by a Breen agent to beam onto DP-7 and then sabotage it. Plenda was killed when the transporter overloaded from the amount of power used to get onto the station. (TNG short story: "Eleven Hours Out")
