These enemies attack by simply summoning a Shuriken where they are, similarly to the Yellow Smiley Wheel and its Shock attack. As a result, they can be easily dealt with by baiting them with a character. A Magician with Permafrost 8 can deal with hordes of them easily. Be wary if they have Brown Big Box Wheels as backup, as the latter can attack the bait if caution is not used.
