Google Video Search is one of Google's searching services. It allows the user to search the internet for videos. It searches many sites, including Metacafe, YouTube, Vimeo and Dailymotion. The service was originally created as an opponent to YouTube, but was gradually pushed into the background when Google purchased YouTube. The ability to upload videos was removed, and the service has hardly been marketed at all. It does, however, still exist.
