Uulernil: Armorer is a shop in central Pelagiad located just outside Fort Pelagiad, owned by Uulernil, an Altmer smith. He sells his wares on the ground floor of this building and lives upstairs. A lone Imperial Legion Guard is on duty inside the shop.
