Quest giver: Jan when you speak to him for the first time / Quest ending: when you find the sword upstairs in the chest. This quest requires you to get the sword from upstairs. even if you have the rusty sword or a hunting knife from the beach. You will also find a map for that part of the island. This quest if a follow up of Alone and Abandoned and unlocks Follow Jan to the novices' farm in the east and Follow Jan to the west.
