Night Caster is a third-person, single-player, action-adventure game for the X Box, developed by VR 1 Entertainment and published by Microsoft Studios. Arran is a novice wizard who got more than he bargained for. He woke up to find that the world is devastated by darkness and the legions of monsters under the reign of the evil Nightcaster spreading terror over the populace. Arran must stop him, and as he ages in his quest, his spells become stronger, more effective and more expansive. In December 2002, the sequel, Night Caster II: Equinox, was released, with two-player compatibility.
