Ramada is big organization that members work as bounty hunters. Most of the top ranking member hate pirates and other criminals from the bottom of their hearts, cause their families were killed by criminals with small bounty (mostly pirates), which caused them to hate world government, because they didn't bothered to pay attention to "small factors". It has been said that they haven't never taken any pirate or bandit alive and that, if it was up to them they would have done much more than just kill them including burning their bodies to ashes.
