Coming to the Sept (then still called the Wheel Renewed), she was met with elders who were dutiful to the training of their cub but indifferent to her emotional needs. At one point, having befriended a couple of Glass Walkers, she dyed her hair blue and ran away to the city, wanting to join them, but was turned away; as a cub, she would either have to be given over by her elders or she would have to pass her Rite, become Cliath, and then choose to Renou
