It was one of the vehicles that took part in the prison assault by the Woodbury Army. Later, it was abandoned on the road after The Governor slaughters his men in "Welcome to the Tombs". It was then taken by the prison group and later used to draw walkers away from the fence using the pigs. After a large group of walkers broke into the prison, Rick used its headlights to illuminate the incoming hoarde and make them easier to spot and kill. The next day, Michonne and Hershel took the Wrangler to move the dead bodies out of the prison. It was abandoned in the woods after The Governor captured them.
