Blackanis was a fragrant herb found in the Deepwoods. It was also later cultivated in the cities like Hive and Great Glade. It grew together with many more herbs like Featherdill, Meadowsage, Nibblick, Sweet Lavender and Woodthyme in the garden where Nate first met Eudoxia in The Immortals.
