The New Russian Army is an organization that deals in the defense of Russia. It was formed by Alex Jovovich and with the help of Division Delta Codenamed:Anti-Virus, they were given weapons, supplies and even soldiers to battle any remnants of the Umbrella Corporation, Oswell E. Spencer and even Zombies. The organization is also a member of the the New World Alliance along with other organizations around the world.
