Jason Wu (b. 1982) is a Manhattan-based Taiwanese American fashion designer. Wu began his fashion career by creating doll clothing before launching his first full collection in 2006. Among Wu's clients are Ivana Trump, RuPaul and Michelle Obama. Wu has designed for Miss Piggy over the years. Among his designs were a Japanese kimono custom made for the pig's 2005 appearance in Zink Magazine, which was later displayed at the Macy's Glamorama event in Chicago, Illinois in 2009.
