T.L. Brooke (born Tracie Lynne Brooke on December 11, 1968) appeared as Tatum Tot, the portly sister of Lonnie Tot, Kelly's new fiancee, in the Season 11 episode of Married... with Children titled ""How to Marry a Moron". Tracie, a native of Topeka, KS, attended Emporia State University, where she earned a BFA degree in Dramatic Arts. Tracie has made guest appearances on such TV series as ER, Strong Medicine, and Phil of the Future.
