The prologue, narrated by Tact, briefly recaps the events of the first game, Galaxy Angel. Tact undergoes a "flashback" where he asked his chosen Angel out to the dance. This is a convenient plot device to allow the player to continue whichever route he/she played in the previous game, thus remaining faithful. The prologue ends after the flashback.
