Ron Ross (born October 16, 1933) played the recurring part on Dirk, the bumbling, inept substitute bailiff, in six episodes of Night Court in Seasons 3-9. Ron, who has acted in TV commercials, movie or television shows. Ron was born and raised in Detroit, MI, and is a 1955 graduate of University of Michigan, where he earned a Bachelors Degree in in Business Administration and Accounting.
